The Author of this Website is a Ugandan with a mission of enlightening the world about happenings in Uganda and the rest of the world.

http://www.asubaluku.wordpress.com  website was developed by a web designing and multimedia student, Issa Baluku Asuman Nabula.

Issa Baluku Asuman Nabula is a Ugandan (western) living in Kampala.

After developing this website as an exam given to him by the lecturer, Issa Baluku developed interest in it beyond academics.

He is now using the site to enlighten the world about what happens in Uganda and beyond.

Issa Baluku is now an expert in website designing and hosting.

He calls upon the public to utilize his expertise by hiring him to design and host for them websites.
